1.4 Reporting

Delivery of smart health reports through WhatsApp, email, and the Patient Application.

The Sccore AI Clinic kiosk is intended solely for preventive healthcare and screening purposes. It is not designed to diagnose or treat medical emergencies or life-threatening conditions. In case of emergency, users must immediately seek professional medical care.

2.2 AI Insights

AI-generated outputs and predictive analyses are provided as clinical-grade support insights only. These results do not replace professional medical judgment. Final diagnoses and treatment decisions must always be made by qualified healthcare practitioners.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and medical information during registration and usage. Incorrect data may impact report validity.

3.2 Personal Use

Health reports, AI assessments, and nutrition recommendations are personalized based on individual biometrics and are intended strictly for personal use. Sharing or misusing such data is discouraged.

4.2 Data Storage

Patient data is securely stored on cloud infrastructure and synchronized to support offline-to-online functionality where applicable.

5.1 Operational Conditions

While Sccore Sccore AI Clinic kiosks are engineered to operate with battery backup and limited connectivity, Sccore AI Tech shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by hardware failure, misuse, natural events, or extreme environmental conditions.

5.2 Third-Party Medical Consultations

Sccore AI Tech facilitates telemedicine connections but does not control or assume responsibility for medical advice provided by independent healthcare professionals during consultations.
